I like your palette choice. Guess, you have quite good colour taste.
You've already reached quite decent silhouttes, but, seems, you don't fully understand volume and shape of particular parts of human body.
Maybe you should practice with some simplified sculptures like those on my pics. Of course, it would be better if you find 3D models, or even get real ones.
