Not sure tbh. But I would say lack of input from lurkers. It's easier to watch than to post. Which is strange if you want someone to engage in your content, you should post content. Guess just like any other media platform

True, for example 7chan has 1:50 lurk/poster ratio (not exact figure). Most anons just don't post because the moderators just throw bans and deletes around like candy.
