Here's a video from season 7 of "Black Mirror". He spergs out and kills a man. (First = "1745668368099206.webm".)

(In 2026-02-24 19:00 UTC, I deleted 3.2 GB of "Black Mirror" files derived from torrent source files. Files deleted: "black.mirror.s7e1.mp4" through "black.mirror.s7e6.mp4". I kept the source files from "multiple infohashes".)

Thanks. The idea is now a reality (the original and the derived are both alive for now). I see that it has all the right frame. (Comparing the two, it seems like one has been vertically squished, with black bars added.)

>I kinda wish Arweave worked more like IPFS.
IPFS is better in the following regard. Basically, the block size of the leaf nodes are usually 256 KB to 1 MB max. This results in guaranteed transfer over the Internet of the first block in a file in the DHT. Disappointingly, an Arweave gateway can show a 90-KB audio file in the browser as not loading (you see the audio/video controls but nothing plays). Unlike IPFS, with Arweave there's no guarantee of getting an amount of bytes when the file first loads up in a gateway.

Overall, this doesn't matter so much as Arweave is way more permanent than IPFS.

Interesting part of this other "Mad Men" episode:
>Are we done here? Sweetheart, could you step out? This morning I received an envelope addressed to Sterling Gleason and Pryce.
>- From who? - It doesn't matter.
>They don't know our name because we don't know our name.
>Aren't we SCDPCGC? Not officially.
>Well, I'm tired of the conversation that goes along with my business card.
>I know that no one has observed the memo that requested specifically that all seven letters be used when answering the phone.
>Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce Cutler Gleason and Chaough? It's a mouthful.
>SCDPCGC is a mouthful.
>But CGCSCDP is not.
>- I don't agree.
>- We've each lost a partner.
>Why don't we each lose a letter? SCDC.
>- What do the Cs stand for? - Not Campbell.
>Cooper and Cutler.
>Pardon me? Well, SCDCC sounds like a stutter and looks like a typo.

I don't have the video of that scene as of now.

Why would one initialism be harder to say than the other one? May need to watch the video for that…

Btw, I saw Price in the name of this American company on the S&P 500 that I was reading about today (T. Rowe Price, 2001 broadsheet). (Notice the poor graphic design with the bad contrast in trying to get people to subscribe to their newspaper.)

This video is titled "Chimp Out Song". It was uploaded to YT in 2013-12-28 by "tyrone jamaima". It was deleted off of YouTube years ago. The 720p version has a size of ~60 MB:
- backup, path: https://ipfs3.eth.limo/a/root/web/raws/ia/download/youtube-kP91ZNL1Jnc
- backup, resolved: http://209.182.236.165:8080/ipfs/bafybeib3f6i7yohz6yem67pr4m22vribrivho53ip7rmngvmgkb2awqkai

When it wasn't deleted in YouTube, it had a 480p version. Here's a reconstruction of that.

BTW, I looked at my IPFS bandwidth stats and it says TotalIn=20 GB and TotalOut=286 GB. That's more egress than normal. Maybe someone downloaded a lot from the target CID of ipfs3.eth (sad that much of that CID isn't normally online).

Luckily, I make loads of money from mining Monero. In fact, I'm soon gonna have to buy another yacht. I've exchanged Monero into Ethereum many times in the past. I could use ETH to pay for Arweave storage of web data or whatever data, but ArDrive isn't working well with the lastest version of MetaMask. While mining with xmrig like 4 days ago, it connected to these IP addresses and said they were offline. Back online as seen here:

>Do you like Half-Life?
I never played "Half-Life", but I think I've heard that it's a great game.

I did play "Portal" (also a game by Valve) on the Xbox 360 years ago. Loved the aesthetic of "Portal"! It made me want to look at every nook and cranny (the light sources and so on). It made me feel a certain way or something. Neat puzzle game and otherwise appreciation. The aesthetic of Portal 1 (and Portal 2) is similar to "the backrooms" or "liminal spaces".

I'm currently in the gameplay loop of "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom". A "gameplay loop" is an "endless cycle of nihilist, meaningless, degenerate debauchery". My findings in playing that game:
- The Kite Shield doesn't allow you to bring up the shield in midair, so you can't do a midflight rocket jump. I suspected that it would allow me to do such rocket jumps. I was wrong.
- Items https://zeldawiki.wiki/wiki/Tunic_of_Memories and https://zeldawiki.wiki/wiki/Champion%27s_Leathers are the same damn thing, only the "Champion's_Leathers" are better. After fully upgrading both of them, I found that they have the same effect. They both allow the Master Sword to shoot beams regardless of hit points (your health, how many hearts you have or don't have).

The following text in this post is like "technical mumbo jumbo" related to video files that I found interesting. Others may not. >>477
>Comparing the two, it seems like one has been vertically squished, with black bars added
Here's more on that:
- https://chanii.ddns.net/b/src/1772803872369.mp4 = older
- https://chanii.ddns.net/b/src/1772960194604-0.mp4 = newer

FFmpeg detects both as being 720x480, but mpv and my web browser render them where one video is taller than the other:
- older, mpv text -> VO: [gpu] 720x480 => 720x540 yuv420p
- newer, mpv text -> VO: [gpu] 720x480 => 720x528 yuv420p

Not sure why it does that! (Pics related)

>I never played "Half-Life"
You realy should give it a try. Some elements of its game design are not exceeded still. Walked through all games (except Alyx, but including all addons of 1&2) a couple of years ago in less than a month, cause I wanted more and more of this shit. One day I'll get my own VR and try Alyx too.

>I did play "Portal"

Portals 1&2 are great too. And even more unique than Half-lifes. As far as I know, both Half-Life and Portal take place in the same universe. Hope, one day Valve would connect them more substantially with a new game.

>The aesthetic of Portal 1 (and Portal 2) is similar to "the backrooms" or "liminal spaces".

There is a common opinion that all games made with Source engine have "liminal" vibes. But guess, you right: because of its minimalistic aesthetics, Portal stands out even amongst its siblings.

Interesting…
Editing videos, I usually input the resolution shown in the metadata of file. Somehow, the metadata of the original file shows it wrong (approximating it to 480, instead of real 540). It could be the issue, but in this case my (new) file would be 480p. But it's 528, somehow. It might be, I've just mistyped. But something tells me, it's not that easy.
Guess, the best solution is to recut the original video, but this time as carefuly as possible. Maybe I'll find the issue. But I have time for it only at the weekend.

Lulz:

I've been thinking about suicide every day for the last ~7 days. I think it will remain just a thought and a by-product of my years-long depression. I have made life changes and am trying to make those changes more real. I guess when those changes take effect I won't feel as depressed.

Am I oversharing? Should I not be posting this here? Maybe. Do I wanna talk about it further? Probably not

>It could be the issue, but in this case my (new) file would be 480p. But it's 528, somehow.

A few minutes after posting >>508 I found the answer (now sharing it). I think you don't have to worry about it. I looking at it with ffprobe, I see:
>$ ffprobe -hide_banner -i https://chanii.ddns.net/b/src/1772803872369.mp4

>[…]
>$ ffprobe -hide_banner -i https://chanii.ddns.net/b/src/1772960194604-0.mp4
>[…] encoder : Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve Studio
>Duration: 00:00:59.80, start: 0.000000, bitrate: 2598 kb/s

The key takeaway is that
- the older one is 720x480 with SAR=8:9 and DAR=4:3. VHS videos = 4:3 aspect ratio
- the newer one is 720x480 with SAR=10:11 and DAR=15:11. Rendered (by the GPU/whatever) as not 4:3 but actually still is 4:3

What's "SAR" and "DAR"?
>SAR (Sample Aspect Ratio) = same as PAR (Pixel Aspect Ratio)
>These two terms are used interchangeably. They mean the ratio between the width and the height of individual pixels
>DAR (Display Aspect Ratio) is the ratio between the width and the height of the full image

The video attached to this post = major gamer W. Twelve years after its release, now in 2026 the Xbox One has been exploited in a big way! Hardware access = total access, eventually and with enough work. Info:
- Xbox One games and programs can now be preserved for the future!
- You can now probably replace broken parts like the optical drive
- You can now do other stuff that you could easily do with free open source software

Here's two frames from it. More info:

00:22:55 in a DVD of a VHS: Chuck E. Cheese renovation or construction commercial
- spoken at the start: "Chucky had a vision now they're making old Chuck E. Cheeses even better"
- shows text at the start: "construction zone"
- not https://patch.com/img/cdn/users/103658/2012/09/raw/3a31b8f7f48440f3fd3ce0755d0ed21d.jpg (attached)

It may take a long time to look at a bunch of Chuck E. Cheese commercials from around 1997.

So, as far as I understand, before editing a video I should also check its SAR (PAR), besides resolution and bitrate (to leave them all the same). Especially, if we're talking about that ones of analog origin. That was useful information for such a noob as myself. Thanks.

This is great! Not only can it get Wayback Machine-excluded URLs/sites, but it can get login-walled pages and GitHub's update to the issues threads. Since months ago, GitHub made web archive captures of their issues/bug reports section useless. Web archive capture of those don't work due to their JavaScript webpage loading thing. Neither sites are Wayback Machine-excluded, but I have to use SingleFile and stuff to create useful web archive captures:

Information wants to be free. I hope for a freer and more open web.

Wouldn't it be great if every (worthwhile) webpage and web URL was archivable? It would be great. It would be even better if they were decentralized, distributed, and permanent. When the Worldwide Web began, it started out as decentralized! However, now we have mass enshittification, AI slop bots scraping everything, greed, corporate centralization, and other bad things.

The less-free closed-off and walled web can be made free and open by using my code or other methods that work. What stands in the way of this goal is an amount of work which is higher than if things were better.

Attached = some of the non-porn videos from the following magnet link. The meaning of the last two vids is unclear or contextual.

In 12 hours I might delete a copy that I have of this, which is half a terabyte of pre-AI furry porn or "clop" (here, "clop" means "My Little Pony porn"):

magnet:?xt=urn:btih:7fb0eeb2893a77cf402845a40d39ada67bb1a04d&dn=SEC&xl=538039401552

Roughly all of the files are from paywalled sources, so if you download it, you get for free what you may otherwise have to pay for. Root folder of this is "./SEC/". It contains some sexy videos, such as
>/mnt/sshfs/zd/t/duplicate/manyfile/bafybeiblfbps754ng4rks6khs4sgurlohf4lqbpugqktemupgh2u27y6aa/SEC/Haltie Patreon Pack #2/CC_FL_4_5000.webm

I uploaded 1.152 TiB of this torrent = share ratio of 2.36. "Last Seen Complete" says "11/24/2025, 10:13:32 AM"; this is concerning as it suggests that I'm the only peer with 100%.

Seems it said that because there was no major activity on it since late 2025. Before I finished writing post #544, someone started downloaded it in a big way. Stats went from 1.152 TiB uploaded -> 1.308 TiB uploaded. Looking in my custom log file for qBittorrent ("qbitmain2026-03-24.json.gz"), I see:
>"num_complete": 2,
File "qbitmainprop2026-03-24.txt.gz" says:
>"total_uploaded_session":170252190238,
Neither has an updated seen_complete value, but I'm pretty sure before I restarted qBittorrent, it said Last Seen Complete = 2026-03-24.

BOTTOM LINE, there's only like 1 or 2 peers with 100% of that 501-GiB erotic fan art torrent. I'm still deleting it after 7 days of inactivity.

That trick he does with the bottle of water: I assume it has to be a new unopened plastic bottle of water for the water to be clean enough for it to work. Water from the faucet (the tap) has minerals mixed in, so it has obvious nucleation points. Distilled water is even cleaner than plastic bottles of water (which also have non-H2O stuff mixed in).

Got three or four "504 Gateway Time-out" HTTP errors when trying to post this. I suspect that this chanii.ddns.net isn't a fed/glowie-run server due to errors and slowness. I'm fine with this. Whatever you do, don't add Anubis or Cloudflare to this site!

Attached: a video related to "Bob's Burgers". I was watching that at
https://ww4.fmovies.co/film/bobs-burgers-season-3-16722/

Has some funny parts (season 1 to early season 3), probably/certainly becomes worse in later episodes. Characters:
- Why is Gene Belcher such a moron in this show? Maybe because the writers thought that dumb = funny.
- Tina's personality = being heterosexual.
- Linda Belcher's voice sounds Jewish, IMO, but I think she's not a Jew.
- Bob Belcher is swarthy, so he's possibly a Shitalian.

1. Two JPGs.

2. Rainbow Brite (1984 TV series), opening/intro, upscaled=kinda gross. This is looking like a ripoff of My Little Pony (1986-1987 TV series); oh, or "My Little Pony" is a "ripoff" of "Rainbow Brite".

I found #2 ("Rainbowland", "magnificent horse" named "Starlite") in relation to the below research. #2 is from: ffmpeg -i https://archive.org/download/rainbow.-brite.-s-01-e-01.-beginning.of.-rainbowland.-1.1080p.-upscaled.-dd.-2.0.-h.-265.-edge-2020/Rainbow.Brite.S01E01.Beginning.of.Rainbowland.1.1080p.UPSCALED.DD.2.0.H.265.-EDGE2020.mkv -to 00:00:50.617 rnbwbrte.mp4

I've researched more videos that I have on a VHS/DVD of mine, but haven't seen on the Internet so far. Here's my research on two of such videos. The city-specific commercial is more rare as I've found a webpage (which has no video) about the 1997 bumper, but I've found no record of the commercial online.

Research results:

00:19:15 Now back to Fox Kids: woman gets hit by an airplane (1997 bumper)
